On leadership:

Gave me the opportunity to develop as a leader in a challenging, but safe environment.

Correct amount of reviews & reflection which enabled me to question my approach and reasoning towards my management style. Also gave me the opportunity to experiment with different styles.

Found that with the correct techniques it’s possible to encourage people to believe that they succeed at anything they set their minds to.
