Welcome to source2sea - a unique team 3-day team development event in which your team of 6 people will undertake a varied range of intellectual and physical challenges - during the course of your 3-day journey you will travel from the source of a river, through fantastic countryside, to it's arrival at the sea!

source2sea - fun, challenging and developmental - what better way to build your team’s effectiveness – the 2011 event will be in the New Forest, South of England,  15th-17th September - 5% of entry fees are donated to charity!

Why is this team event unique? - Your team will be coached throughout the event, by an accredited team-working coach.  Your dedicated coach will help you to improve skills in team working, communication and performance.  You will leave the event with new skills and understanding on how to make your team perform more effectively at work.

Your team will take part in stages that include walking, mountain biking, kayaking, brain teasers, time pressure challenges, communication challenges, clue finding and deciphering …. a stimulating mix of challenges that allow every team member to contribute to team success.
